Shipping Policy
Products ship from Houston, Texas via USPS first class mail within three days of order placement. Package tracking is currently unavailable, however we hope to add this feature as our business grows. To uphold our eco-friendly values, plastic is not used in our packaging process. We understand that ordering an untrackable package with no plastic protection can be a bit scary. Please know that we are flexible with refunds for this reason.
Return & Exchange Policy
As we are selling stickers, we find refunds to be a better use of everybody's time than returns. To request a refund, please email smallclawshop@gmail.com. From there, we will look into your request and act accordingly. Refunds are never guaranteed, but you can expect us to be fair in our evaluation of your situation. Why? We know what it feels like to be treated unfairly. Ask us why we're not on Etsy.
